Witness the K1200S/R Evoluzione License Plate Relocator.. Is this cool or what? The pics above are of the unit on my 06 S. This simple anodized 5052-h32 aluminum bracket allows you to easily clean up the tail end of your K1200S or R by cleanly removing the large rear reflectors. This kit comes complete with stainless steel mounting hardware and provides for the mounting of the stock illumination light.

It's a very simple yet very well designed device. Quality is first rate.. even the packaging is nice. Instructions are VERY easy to understand (with pictures) and the install itself took me less than 20 minutes. Everything fit perfectly. I could do one now in 1/2 that. No cutting or mods necessary. Plug-n-play.. a luded' out chimp could follow the well written instructions. and yes.. it would be relatively easy to change back to stock should you prefer ugly..

I took before and after measurements and the new position puts the license plate light EXACTLY 1 7/8th's more inward... meaning.. the bike is now almost 2 full inches shorter.. While the change isn't visually drastic... it is much sleeker and actually still looks factory. You can see in the pic that the plate light is now actually under the tail light rather than sticking out so far. Mongo happy. Judge for yourselves...
