The bars are brought nearer by a whole 80 mm according to their website.
The mechanism allows adjustment in a circular arc, allowing the bars to
be brought further forward or rearward by an inch. No mods are necessary
for the K1200S install.. .Each kit includes a pair of handlebar adapters
and fitting instructions. The 2007-08 K1200S Kit comes with a longer steel braided

While Pirates Lair does offer Verholen risers for those who want their bars both higher and a full 80mm closer to them for a more upright riding position, we now offer a cheaper, less aggressive alternative for those (like me) who want only a little change..IDI Designs bar risers, which were designed for sportbike or track riders who wanted their bars lower and further forward, can also be rotated up and towards the rider for a 3/4" rise. Magnum Horn Unlike dual Fiamms or large air horns, the 136 dB Stebel
Magnum is designed for bikes where space is at a premium. The Magnum fits in place of the OEM horn and is connected in
minutes using basic wiring skills. FYI, the Stebel is about 30% louder than
the factory horn... not as loud as dual horns or an air horn, however the
install is 100% easier than these other type horns and it takes up 1/2 the
space. Wiring is as easy as removing the 2 wires from your factory horn

5052-h32 aluminum bracket allows you to easily clean up the tail end of
your K1300S or K12S or R by cleanly removing the large rear reflectors. This kit
comes complete with stainless steel mounting hardware and provides for

took before and after measurements and the new position puts the license
plate light EXACTLY 1 7/8th's more inward... meaning.. the bike is now
