The Z Performance Chip offered is ONLY for the late model KRS/GT's with the #7.655.477 Motronic box. This box should be on all KRS/GT bikes with production dates after 8/99. The Z chip corrects the air/fuel ratio to compensate for the reduced back-pressure provided by the Z Exhaust. Power and torque are increased and overall power delivery is more consistent.... no flat spots. Fuel economy is actually increased and spark plug life is maximized when using the ZChip.

Note: Unlike the RhineWest Performance Chip which can be used with the stock bike or almost any aftermarket exhaust system including the ZTechnik, the ZChip was designed exclusively for the Z Exhaust and is not intended for use with the stock bike or with other exhaust systems.
